1. Personal Design Consultation
A member of our design team will meet with you and your family at your home to walk your backyard, take precise measurements, and understand how you envision using the space. We’ll discuss layout ideas, features, style preferences, and how your backyard needs to function for your lifestyle and the architectural nuances of your home.
2. Custom Design & Proposal
Following our consultation, we take all of your ideas—along with our on-site measurements—and create a highly realistic 3D rendering of your family’s overall backyard vision. This design allows you to clearly see the layout, elevations, and flow of the space before construction begins. Once the design is finalized, we provide a clear, detailed proposal outlining the scope, features, and investment so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.
3. Seamless Construction Phase
Our experienced team manages the entire construction process from start to finish. From excavation and steel to plumbing, gunite, finishes, and final details, we coordinate every phase—including permits, HOA submissions, inspections, and scheduling. Throughout the build, we focus on craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth experience and a finished product that meets our standards and yours.
4. Final Walkthrough & Backyard Orientation
Once construction is complete, we walk the project with you to ensure everything meets expectations. Your pool will be filled, all equipment will be tested, and systems will be fully operational. We then take time to show you how everything works—reviewing pumps, filters, lighting, automation, and basic care—so you feel comfortable and confident enjoying your new backyard.
